SUMMARY:Call for Input\, UN SR on discrimination against persons with leprosy (Hansen’s disease)
DESCRIPTION:The UN Special Rapporteur on discrimination against persons with leprosy (Hansen’s disease) has issued a call for input to inform a thematic report titled “Memory\, and Belonging: Realizing cultural\, social\, and economic rights in former leprosy colonies and settlements.” A detailed questionnaire is provided in the call for input. This report will be presented to the UN Human Rights Council in June 2026.
