Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW Committee), Civil Society Submissions Due
January 5, 2026
In preparation for its 92nd session, the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW Committee) is accepting written contributions from NGOs and other civil society actors to inform the Committee’s assessment of State reports from Argentina, Czech Republic, El Salvador, Iraq, Lesotho, Lithuania, The Netherlands, and Viet Nam, as well as follow-up reports from Lithuania and Tajikistan.
In preparation for the second portion of its Pre-Sessional Working Group for the 94th session, this Committee is also accepting written contributions from NGOs and other civil society actors to inform its adoption of a list of issues for Bangladesh as well as lists of issues prior to reporting for Barbados, Burundi, Guinea, Haiti, Jordan, Mali, Micronesia, Nigeria, and Tanzania.
