Cultural Rights in the Digital Age: Inclusive Access, Fair Participation, and Rights-Based Governance is a MONDIACULT 2025 side event co-organized by UNESCO, ICESCO, ILO, OHCHR and UN Women. One of the expected outcomes of this event is to generate recommendations that can inform MONDIACULT 2025 outcome documents by highlighting themes like the centrality of cultural rights in the digital transformation era, the cultural dimensions of digital divides, and tools and initiatives in promoting inclusive access to cultural technologies.
