The UN Special Rapporteur on the negative impact of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights has issued a second call for input to collect feedback, comments and suggestions on her first draft of the Guidance on Effective Remedy, Responsibility and Redress in Unilateral Sanctions Environment.
