Call for Input, UN SR on the human rights of migrants
December 19, 2025
The UN Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants has issued a call for input to inform a second report on the topic of “externalization of migration governance and its effect on the human rights of migrants.” The call for input provides further detail on the objectives of the report and key questions the rapporteur hopes to address. The special rapporteur plans to present his findings to the UN Human Rights Council in June 2026.
