Call for Input, UN SR on Palestine
The UN Special Rapporteur on on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967 has issued a call for input to inform her thematic report following up on how States have responded to the July 2024 Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on the Legal Consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and to the September 2024 UN General Assembly Resolution on Israel’s occupation of the Gaza Strip. This report will be presented to the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.
