Call for Input, UN SR on discrimination against persons with leprosy (Hansen’s disease)

The UN Special Rapporteur on discrimination against persons with leprosy (Hansen’s disease) has issued a call for input to inform a thematic report titled “Memory, and Belonging: Realizing cultural, social, and economic rights in former leprosy colonies and settlements.” A detailed questionnaire is provided in the call for input. This report will be presented to the UN Human Rights Council in June 2026.
