Annual Day on the Rights of the Child (UN Human Rights Council)
March 9
The UN Human Rights Council’s Annual Day on the Rights of the Child will be celebrated in Geneva, Switzerland with the theme “Rights of the child and the human rights violations of children in armed conflict.” Those who wish to attend this event in person must register through the UN’s Indico system. The UN will also broadcast this event on UN WebTV. A special flyer is available to provide children with information on this event and ways they can participate.
